You must be 15years or older to place an order.
Once an order is placed and accepted by the vendor, it cannot be canceled.
Prices listed on the app are provided by the respective vendors.
Payment options include online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD).
In case of online payments, Tezdrop acts as a payment facilitator for vendors.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or vendor delays.
Customers must be available at the delivery address and contactable on phone.
If the customer is unreachable or refuses to accept the order, no refund will be processed.
Refunds will only be processed as per the Refund Policy available on the app.
Tezdrop reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of misuse or fraud.
The vendor is responsible for the quality, quantity, and packaging of the products.
In case of missing or wrong items, customers must raise a complaint through the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, hack, or attempt to disrupt our services.
Any abusive behavior towards delivery partners or staff may result in account suspension.
Tezdrop acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for food quality, grocery freshness, or ice cream storage.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.
Tezdrop may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated terms.
